INTEREST CARDS ARE NOW LIVE!
'Interest Cards' are live! Signing an 'Interest Card' simply states that you would like to move forward to have the chance to vote for us to unionize with IAFF. We need to have 30% of our pool of eligible to vote employees, 50% would be great, but my goal is to hit 70% going into the vote.
We have so much more information to share with you all and have so many opportunities to meet up and talk both in-person or online coming in the next two months!
We are not eligible to vote until November 29 and are loosely planning on hoping to be voting by December 1. There is so much more information to come from us, but I know we already have so much of your support, and the best way to see our momentum grow is to see these interest cards coming in!
As they say - it's a marathon, not a sprint. Follow along here as we move forward to find out what comes next in the process. Use this time to stay up to date on what is going on behind the scenes and also gather any information you may need to make your vote in late 2026!
